MAP Training.. I measured RPM's on my efforts:
85% - 72-76rpms
50% - 45-50rpms

Chili CookOff tonight.. Should be coming home with the Trophy, rest day tomorrow and then my parents are in town for a while.. should be a nice, stressful few weeks :)
