Rest Day - Day 4 Paleo Challenge Food Log

Meal 1: 12oz Pastured Veal with and Avocado

Meal 2: 2 Turkey Sausages from whole foods and 1 Bag of Blue Curled Kale steamed melted Ghee

Meal 3: 6oz Wild Caught Flounder Baked with Roasted Broccolini and a small side salad.
